In a world where people kill a lot of animals, it’s nice to know that there are so many kind people who help animals.

When we saw this picture of a man and the owl he saved, it made us cry.

In the end, a call was made to Wild at Heart Rescue in Mississippi. GiGi is the name of this owl. She knew she was dying and would soon die. Because it got hit by a car, this poor owl got serious head injuries.

The person who initiated the rescue, Missy Dubuisson, said that the bird’s survival was “unimaginable.” She had a serious wound, parasites crawled all over her skin, and she had aspergillosis, which is like pneumonia in humans.

This owl was in such bad shape that she lost half a kilogram of weight while getting treatment. This is somewhere between 20% and 50% of her total body weight. When Doug comes back from his trip, the owl can’t help but give him a big hug to thank him for saving her.

Douglas Whispering Bird, Doug Pojeky’s real name, was the best person to take care of Gigi. We might not have been able to save her if Doug hadn’t been there. The founder of the rescue center is watching Doug, the “bird whisperer,” carefully treat the hurt GiGi. He says, “In all the years I’ve worked with birds, I’ve never seen anyone with such a strong connection to these beautiful creatures.

faith is clear in their eyes. When it comes to birds of prey, Dubuisson said,

I’ve never seen anyone care so much about these amazing animals. In GiGi’s eyes, Doug was a real rock. When Doug and his family came back from vacation, GiGi was so happy he couldn’t hold it in.

She started to dance, and he wouldn’t get out of her grip. Dubuisson cried, “When I see how he treats these birds, I can’t stand it!” Owl trusts him a lot, so she has a lot of faith in him. They look sure of each other, and it can be seen in their eyes.

Looks like this owl doesn’t leave Missy Dubuisson.
