People sometimes complain about the noise around the time of the holiday celebrations, especially the use of fireworks. Some people have a hard time sleeping and find it quite frustrating. Think about it: if it’s that bad for us hu, imagine what it’s like for animals. Several animals, including dogs, have a heightened sense of anxiety when they hear noises.

Other options include keeping all of the house’s openings closed and going for daytime walks in order to avoid being exposed to too many fireworks, etc. You can also purchase items such as tension bands and relaxing coats. However, this is a simple and low-cost solution. When a college student came up with this idea, it quickly went viral.

A South Sheilds High School student named Caitlin Miller, who is 17 years old and from South Sheilds, published this $30 costly hack on Facebook. She had posted on Facebook that if your dog is afraid of fireworks, you can just purchase a pair of old socks and snip the ends and put them tightly on their heads instead of using stress bands.

#2 it’s not costly at all. Old socks are all you’ll need.

Pets report feeling soothed and comforted as a result of this treatment, according to those who’ve observed it. According to them, it worked well the previous year and is working well this year. And she’d mentioned that she planned to spread the word to her social media contacts.

#3 Her idea was based on a $12 anti-stress bracelet she found online.

To make this, she was inspired by an anti-stress band she had come across online. She paid more than $12 for the band she saw. And instead of purchasing one, she had made her own for her beloved cat. There were nearly 11,000 likes on her Facebook post.

Furthermore, someone had provided a second piece of advice. Apparently, the Tubigrip bandage is also effective. One other person had claimed that no sock in the universe could pass through the skull of his dog.
